Dear Mama Mail Club is a recurring monthly subscription designed to bring thoughtful encouragement and connection to your mailbox each month.

Because your subscription renews automatically, please review the cancellation details below.

Monthly Membership Cancellations

Your monthly membership renews automatically every month until canceled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal.

To avoid being charged for the following month’s mailing, cancellations must be made before your next billing date.

If your renewal payment has already been processed, that month’s order will still be fulfilled and shipped, and cancellation will apply to future renewals.

Gift Subscriptions

6-month and 12-month gift subscriptions are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically.

Because these are prepaid gift subscriptions, they cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged once purchased.
