Refund policy

At Dear Mama Mail Club, every mailing is thoughtfully created, carefully packed, and prepared with intention. Because each subscription and gift order is personalized and fulfilled monthly, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on:

  • Monthly memberships
  • 6-month gift subscriptions
  • 12-month gift subscriptions

Missing or Returned Mail

To keep Mail Club affordable, all letters are shipped via stamped mail and do not include tracking.

Occasionally, letters may be delayed, returned, or lost in transit.

If your mail is returned to us, we will resend it as soon as possible.

If your letter appears to be missing, please contact us and we will work with USPS on your behalf. If the issue cannot be resolved, we may issue a refund for that specific month at our discretion.

Address Changes

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout and updated if changes occur.

Dear Mama Mail Club is not responsible for mail sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Gift Subscriptions

Gift subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased.

Please double check the recipient’s name and mailing address before completing your order.
