Dear Mama Mail Club is a monthly snail mail subscription created to bring encouragement, creativity, and connection straight to your mailbox.
Each month, you’ll receive a thoughtfully curated envelope filled with a heartfelt letter, self-care encouragement, journaling prompts, simple recipes, beautiful paper goods, and small reminders that you are seen, supported, and never alone in motherhood.

Dear Mama Mail Club is for all moms—but especially new moms, postpartum moms, and moms in the thick of raising little ones.
Whether you're navigating sleepless nights, motherhood loneliness, postpartum emotions, or simply craving a moment of stillness, this was created for you.
It’s also perfect for seasoned moms who deserve care, encouragement, and reminders to pour back into themselves.
What comes in each monthly mailing?
Each envelope may include:

✿ A guided journal prompt for reflection

✿ A surprise paper good (mini print, bookmark, postcard, poem, etc.)

How often will I receive mail?
Dear Mama Mail Club is mailed once per month. You can expect to recieve your letter towards the end of each month.
Each mailing is designed to be something you slow down and savor—not just another thing in your inbox.
When will my first letter arrive?
If you subscribe before the 15th of the month, your first payment covers that month’s letter and you’ll receive that month’s mailing.
If you subscribe after the 15th, your first letter will begin the following month.
Does my subscription renew automatically?
Yes, monthly memberships renew automatically each month on the same date your subscription begins unless canceled.
You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal.
Can I gift a subscription?
Yes 💌
You can gift a 6-month or 12-month subscription to a mama in your life.
Gift subscriptions are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically.

How do gift subscriptions work?
Please use your own email address at checkout for order updates and your recipient’s mailing address for delivery.
This keeps the gift a surprise while ensuring you receive all confirmations and account information.
You can also leave an optional gift message in the Special Instructions box in your cart.
Can I purchase a gift subscription and my own membership together?
Because each order can only ship to one address, gift subscriptions must be purchased separately from personal memberships.
This helps ensure your order is delivered correctly.
Do letters include tracking?
All mailings are sent via stamped USPS mail and do not include tracking.
Letters typically arrive within 5–8 business days, though delivery times may vary.
What if my letter gets lost or returned?
If your mail is returned to us, we will resend it as soon as possible.
If your letter appears to be missing, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund for that specific month may be issued at our discretion.
What is your refund policy?
Because each mailing is thoughtfully created and prepared for monthly fulfillment, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for memberships or gift subscriptions once payment has been processed.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Dear Mama Mail Club ships within the United States only.
We hope to expand in the future.
