Shipping & Delivery
To keep membership affordable, all Mail Club orders are sent via stamped mail and do not include tracking.
Billing occurs once per month on the same date your subscription begins.
If you subscribe before the 15th of the month, your first payment covers that month’s letter and you will receive that month’s mailing.
If you subscribe after the 15th, your first payment secures the following month’s letter, and your first delivery will begin the next month.
Your subscription will continue to renew automatically each month until canceled.
You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
Because letters are thoughtfully prepared and mailed promptly, refunds are not available once a billing cycle has been processed.
If you have any questions or need assistance, your subscription can be managed through your customer account portal or by contacting Customer Support.
Returned or Missing Mail
If your letter is returned to us, we will resend it once it is received back.
If your mail appears lost, please reach out and we will work to help resolve the issue with USPS.
If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund for that month may be issued at our discretion.
